Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our spiritual services, all bookings and purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session or wish to change your booking, you may exchange the value of your purchase for another service of equal value within 12 months of the original purchase date.

Any price difference for a higher-value service will be payable at the time of rebooking. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be arranged within the 12-month period.
